The Vail Cookbook

The Vail Chamber has put together a cookbook!

How often do you find the opportunity to take a recipe from your favorite restaurant home with you to try in your own kitchen?

For the past few months the Vail Chamber & Business Association has collected private and classic recipes from Vail locals, guests, restaurants and chefs.  We want to thank those of you who have participated in making this one of the greatest gifts to those who pass through Vail and those who stay.

All contributors have their name printed in a special section at the back of the book.  This section acknowledges those who took the time to look through their recipe catalogues or private collections and then brought them into the Vail Chamber where they were added to a montage of fabulous, hand-picked recipes from the mountains.
